    Default All americans @ 149

LIST YOUR ALL AMERICANS at 149lbs. Can or will anyone beat Metcalf?

    1. Metcalf

    2. All the rest.

I think Ruschell from Wisconsin will be an all american this year.

With Burroughs having been confirmed to be going 57 for the rest of the year, I think Metcalf, Jenkins, Caldwell, Palmer, Kyler, Saddoris, Ruschell, and Cathell are your 149 AA's.

If the bus forgets to pick Cathell up to go to his qualifying tournament then I'll throw Steve Brown in as #8.

Trusty is pulling for Hall. Or did he go 157?

I'm going on the assumption that Hall is a 157 pounder, if he drops to 49 then I think he AA's.

JensenS-you're one of the few wrestling "pundits" on these forums to always give Matt Cathell some love. Thanks! He is sort of "Caldwellian" in that he can win big but also lose to lesser opponents. This year I believe he will be alittle more cautious (still exciting and murderous on top) and get better results. I believe he could AA as well.
Oh yeah, ditto on the bus thing!

then again, if Jensens was such a great scout of talent he would do better in fantasy wrestling...

Well, I am a DE guy so I imagine that this factor could be seen as coloring my view of Matt.

I was in the stands watching when he wonhis first and second state titles, and then unfortunately had to watch him have his way with a number of my teammates during duals.

Like you say, just a tough kid. Very unorthodox funky style from the feet, and then an absolute animal on top.
