   |  Intermat Live Scorebook: Purdue Duals & ACC/Big 10 Challenge
Most (or all I don't know) of the Purdue Duals are going to be covered in the IM Live Scorebook. We've got Kent State v. Northwestern/UTC/Campbellsville, Purdue v. Eastern Michigan/Campbellsville/Northern Illinois, and Northwestern v. Eastern Michigan listed. Be interesting to see the young boy Kilgore try and take on Herbert. According to the front page of IM, UNC and UVA will be posting their dual results in the scorebook as well. I assume they'll pop up as they come up as they aren't listed yet. |

In one of the more marquee match ups thus far Herbst pins Brent Jones in 1:08. Massey majored 10-1 after that to close the dual out for Wisconsin 25-15

Michigan State beat North Carolina 18-12. Surprisingly Gomez only beat Jared Royer 7-5. Northwestern is up 12-2 on Kent State right now half way through, Bedelyon lost a point for Kent at 25, Mitcheff is their only winner thus far. |

Royer was a stud in high school. I haven't kept track of him in college, but he was a top lightweight in PA a few years back.

Looks like Illinois is not redshirting BJ Futrell at 125, I find this very surprising as he could use a year to gain size. He wrestled at 112 last year...

What do you good gentlemen think of young Jason Welsh beating the living shit out of a pretty tough rs Jr. Joey Knox from UT-C? Knox was an NCAA qualifier last year, took 4th at Midlands and had season wins over Mitch Mueller, Brandon Carter and Will Rowe. Looks like Welsh dismantled him 10-1! Even though Knox is on my fantasy team (albeit not scoring any points because he has been wrestling up at 157 without my prior knowledge!) I gotta express my California pride in Welsh! I would have drafted him if I wasn't 90% sure he was going to redshirt. He even has my son's Askrenesque hair style! I know its not much of a limb to climb out on, but I predict big things from this boy for the next 4 years, I'd say 2 titles, 4 x AA! What say ye scalliwags? |

57 is brutal this year, he's going to have his work cut out for him if he wants 4 AA's. Thats definitely a great marquee win thus far. |
