God I love this website. I get both play by play from rvr and then get the summary from JS. That's service. Thanks guys. Thanks Intermat and TrackWrestling too.

Glad you saw the same thing I did in the McDonald-Byrne match since I'm hardly unbiased.

With Peltier, keep in mind he weighed in at 165 and moved up to 174. We have a logjam at 165 for Maryland right now.

I guess we are going to be a better tournament team than dual meet. We have some holes to fill with Letts redshirting, etc.

I'm well aware that Peltier was undersized. He's admirably taking one for the team and bouncing around where they need him. He has a bright future.

I also agree that Maryland will be a better tourney team. They have plenty of guys that can score a lot of points. Without Letts and Haines's unfortunate injury problems, they have some match up problems in duals.

What'd you think of the performance overall Terp? You know the program better than anybody.

Bell vs Fisk is an interesting match up.

In 2005, both were PA states champs at 125.

    Bell was AAA
    Fisk was AA

I thought Byrne would win but our win at 157 was a bit of a surprise, so I guess they balanced out. Once Medina gets on track that will help. Letters gave up big points and had to play catch-up. I still think he'd be more effective at 157 and then Peltier or Asper could go 165/174. Gilmore was a bit of a disappointment. He just stopped wrestling in the center of the mat on one of the takedowns he gave up.
