wow, figured he'd win in a decisive fashion but that's kinda impressive.

Stieber looked awesome. He was incredibly quick and decisive with his moves in the first period, and he built himself a 13-1 lead in the first. Looked like he would get a first period tech. He slowed down a little in the second and actually got reversed in the second, but he quickly got an escape. Pulled off the tech early in the third.
Looked equally impressive against Nebraska (though that opponent isn't ranked like Zanetta). He put him on his back early and often, and was trying for the pin, so these points were genuinely close to being pins. He wrenched him over in the last 8 seconds of the first period for what would have been more points, but the ref called potentially dangerous, so the period ended 10-0. Finished the 17-0 tech a minute into the second period.
He looked strong through out both matches. If he gets better during the year, look out!
Gotta figure he gives Mcd a run.
That is very impressive.
Waters with wins today over Bonanno and Lara. Not quite Stieberesque, but he's 14-0 and looking pretty good as well.
