Well I might have been wrong about Ortega, (in the Bloomsburg match) & Wade, (in the Lehigh match) but I was only off a few points off in the final score, (PSU 20 LU 12, my prediction & I picked 7 of 10 matches). A lot of guys on the PSU boards were calling for a tie. One guy on 2 other boards was calling for a LU win & Meys to pin Ruth. Many were saying that without Pataky & Molinaro, that PSU would NOT win, (Gold pointed out to e that without JK's win, LU would have won the match!)

My point about both Wade & Ortega is that I expected improvement. Wade lost 4-2 TB. His last Folk match with Rey he lost 3-1 SV. He still lost but he took Rey further. Hopefully by season's end Wade can keep this improvement going until he reverses the outcome.

And while losing by a MD is not exactly what you want on your resume, Ortega last year was getting beat a lot worse. Ortega only lost by 2 on Friday, though granted he did NOT score a single offensive point.

And for that matter, last year Pearsall would have been pinned by Cagnina, if he got caught on his back like that. Btw Pearsall did deck a 3x Delaware champ Friday night...

Life's not the breaths you take, the breathing in and out that gets you through the day ain't what it's all about. It's the moments that take your breath away.

    No, he didn't...

Even if he did, is that supposed to hurt my feelings?

The falls by Alton and Taylor were obviously huge. These guys are tough.
