If by impact Freshmen, you mean Top 10, I say Zach Sanders makes his way there by Christmas Break and stays there. Not sure that he AA's this year but if anyone can wrestle consistently this year due to not having to cut too much to make weight, Zach Sanders can. He can make 125 pretty easily I am told.

Mizzou will have Troy Dolan at 125, Dorian Henderson at 184, and maybe Max Shanaman at 149. I expect good things from all three, especially Dolan and Henderson.

Pescaglia going 133 then you think?
UNI Panthers...Because it's just right.

Re: Let's Talk Freshman
I wasn't implying that JO doesn't have the physical tools. He is a perfect fit at OSU and I expect he'll AA more than once. But as far as an impact freshmen, i don't really think so. If he's at 33 i think he will be physically dominated and a lot of his takedowns will be neutralized.

Re: Let's Talk Freshman
Don't get me wrong Winston is an accomplished HS wrestler but I saw him wrestle quite a few bad matches and watched a few more online this summer. I don't know if he's burnt out or what but I think he needs a red shirt year to get his house in order. Not saying guys like him are a dime a dozen but everybody is good come conference time.

Haven't heard for sure, but I believe his expected return to the line-up isn't until next semester, as a result of his shoulder surgery. No idea where his weight is as a result.

I second redshirt freshman Troy Dolan.

Re: Let's Talk Freshman
Dolan would have redshirted last year no? He beat sanders two years ago at the all star dual or whatever it was.
Be nice to see a rematch of those two! I think sanders takes it this time hes had a year working out with ness reiter and rivera and thats gotta be helpful.

Re: Let's Talk Freshman
Pat McCaffrey at Navy should be an interesting call. Had he followed traditional routes, this would be his redshirt freshman year, so he's in line with the guys like Dolan and Sanders. I'm curious to see how he'll do.
There's always a question of true freshmen, but there's two to keep an eye on in Norfolk -- Craig Wilson (141) and David Wilson (285) -- no relation. CW could be starting should CAA Champ Ryan Williams redshirt. DW is a local Granby kid and could emerge as the starter.
