    Anyone at Heavy's I think anyone of 6-8 guys could win heavy's if they get hot at the right time.

    Wow! I'd be surprised to see Morningstar at 165! He was a small 157 pounder to begin with, and some even thought that he could go 149, but then there's this Metcalf guy that got in the way.

    Morningstar actually is on the taller side for 157 and the reason people think he looks small is he has to suck down so much to make the weight he loses muscle. He cuts down from 180 or so and can not put on any muscle and make 157 still. If he moved up he would be able to bulk up a lot more.
