Varner and Brester are in a class by themselves. It would not be a surprise to see Brester win it all this year. He would be undefeated and possible Hodge winner.

Jeff James and Eric Lapotsky are going to be the biggest let downs of the year. No chance on either of them AAing.

Brester and Beatty went OT last year, I believe the final was 7-5. Beatty scored offensive points, anyway. Good match.

If you didn't see Brester's match Thursday against Lapotsky, keep this in mind. He went all Jordan Burroughs off the opening whistle and got an ankle pick before Lapotsky could blink his eyes, got the takedown and a near fall in less than 24 seconds and scored three more near falls before the match was called (in 4:46). Henson and Spates could only stare in utter shock at how dominant Brester was. He may lose to Varner all three times he wrestles him, but that would only be because Varner is the only other guy in this weight class who is just as powerful as Brester.

We may be buddies but we don't see eye to eye all the time! His eye for future talent isn't as sharpe as mine! He is learning as he gets into wrestling more.

Oh my god. Your an idiot. I've been into wrestling just as long as you have. And just because I said that Morningstar would be a three time champ after he beat Paulson doesnt mean jack. If you would have been there like I was you would have said the same thing!
