I think DOm actually lost the wrestle off, but has won two competition matches, and outplaced Ellis more often then not.

Ellis won the wrestleoff, then Dom won two matches in tournies, then Ellis beat Dom and placed ahead of him at Midlands. I think the spot is his at this point

2-2 record against each other this year with Ellis winning the most recent match, Ellis is the returning NC, and Ellis just placed higher at Midlands, which is pretty much the biggest tourney there is besides conferences/NCAAs

With Dustin going down to 157 put him at the top of the list there and bump everyone down 1 spot. That knocks Jesse Dong off the list for the time being.

165 brings everyone up 1 spot which means I'm predicting Andrew Howe now to walk away with his first of likely several NCAA titles and Dan Vallimont now moves onto the list in the 8 spot.
