I do not agree with checkpoints and citing passengers but if your dumb enough to drink and drive then you deserve all the punishment they give you and you should feel lucky that you didnt kill somone or yourself.
Particularly for a repeat offender. Enough's enough.

I am no fan of drunk drivers -but checkpoints and an alcohol limit of .08 and arresting passengers is stretching it -
I do think it is funnt as hell when these guys get their 3rd DUI in IN. and go to prison for 8 years -mini-bitch-small level felony repeat offender -Habitual=mini-bitch-and no amount of money in the world is stopping you from doing at least 2 years in the DOC-Personally-I think you should do 90 days second offense -

Yeah, I'm sure they could, but I don't think the University (or the NCAA if the University would..) would remove the suspension if he is convicted of the DWI. *Maybe* if he gets to dropped down to a reckless driving charge and has the others dropped... otherwise I'd assume he's done...
Just look how they handled Deitchler's situation and he didn't even do anything wrong.

Well... I am officially mad at Dudziak until he comes on here and publicly apologizes to me for earning about 6 points for me the entire year when he's healthy.

perhaps the Dook campus police have reasons to try to keep a more careful watch around campus:
Three Duke University students were charged Sunday with felonious possession and discharge of a weapon following an early-morning incident Sunday on campus, university officials said.
The students – John Drew, Kyle Griswould and Brandon Putnam – were members of the Duke football team, according to spokesman Keith Lawrence. They have been dismissed from the team and will not be permitted to return to campus pending the resolution of the charges.
Around 3 a.m. Sunday, Duke University Police heard gunfire coming from a vehicle near the Jarvis residence hall on Duke’s east campus. The vehicle was located in the Blackwell residence hall parking lot and traced to one of the students, who was charged in the incident.
Authorities found the firearm was discharged on Campus Drive.
No one was injured, and the weapon has been recovered by Duke University Police.
