    Two homers. LOL
I hope the Gophs step up and make this really competitive, but the upper weights for the Clones are so strong, and the upper weights for Minnesota are not so strong. I really thought that Berhow, for example, had turned the corner and was going to be a force this year. Doesn't look like it now.
Wasn't one of the Yohns supposed to come into their own this year as well?

Both Berhow and Sonny (he was the Yohn that you mention) Yohn both look much better this year than they have the last couple. Their biggest issue is just consistency.

My typing stinks, and I do that too. I have to remember to not hit the submit button until I'm really finished.

    Nice preview by intermat.

Not sure why Mason is expected to be out of the lineup.

Mason or no Mason, Mueller isn't really a guy who puts up a lot of bonus points so it doesn't change my thoughts at all.

But a good read as usual from Andrew. His dual previews are always fun to read.

Probably reading too much into it, but combine the fact that he didn't go to the Scuffle and the preview said:

"Mario Mason has been the starter for the Gophers all season at this weight class, but is not expected to compete against Iowa State."

Doesn't mention an injury - maybe he's having academic issues?

125 Sanders maj Long. Sanders will have a chip on his shoulder after losing to Escobeeeeedo and his chip will be bigger than Longs for losing to McD again. Sanders is also proven and will take Long to task. 4-0 MN

133 Ness dec Fanthorpe. This one could be more than a dec if Ness can get Fanny turned, but I'll keep my prediction to a dec out of respect for a good wrestler in Fanthorpe. 7-0 MN

141 Thorn dec Jensen. Wish Gallick was wrestling, that would have been a good test to see just where Thorn is. Jensen is a tough backup and will give Thorn all he can take. Just hope Thorn can keep his head and not lose a team point somewhere along the way. 10-0 MN

149 Mueller maj dec Zilverberg. Mueller had a nice Midlands and will continue to wrestle tough against Zilverberg. Wish Mario was wrestling. I think he would win. 10-4 MN

157 Sorenson dec Grygelko. Sorenson has a motor and everything he gets, he has earned with hard work. He's a meat and potatoes type of wrestler and will work for every point. I havnt seen Grygelko, which is why I am taking Sorenson. If Jake D is wrestling I will switch my prediction. 10-7 MN

165 Reader dec Schlatter. Reader has turned the corner this year and is beating guys he usually doesnt, with the exception of Howe. This will be a good match and if Jon can force the action and not let DS S L O W it down he will win. If he plays DS's game he will lose. 10-10

174 Burke dec Glasser. IMO Burke isnt very good. He is however better than Glasser and will win this matchup of subpar wrestlers. 10-13 ISU
Note, by subpar I mean comparatively to top div I 174 lbers. I mean no disrespect.

184 Ward dec Young. Which Ward will show up? The one that beat Keddy or the one that lost to Gambrall? Either way he still beats Young. 10-16 ISU

197 Varner dec Yohn. Varner will get a takedown and try to turn Yohn for two periods. He is comfortable with close matches because you cant score on him and he knows it. If he is able to turn Yohn he will pin him but he has been having troubles turning quality wrestlers this year. (the jury is still out on weather or not Yohn is quality or not) 10-19 ISU

HWT Zabriskie dec Berhow. This one could be a major. Berhow isnt that big and tends to make some bad shots which could open the door for a major. But it will probably be a low scoring match with Zabriskie winning. 10-22 ISU

This will be a good dual and I wish it was being shown live on B10 network.
