It is true I am not a professional web technician, but I know enough to know that performing server maintence/changing over servers is almost always going to require substantial downtime.

I will admit though that I am a complainer. For example, I was complaining about your moms technique last night-- she needs to work on her form.

Did you seriously complain about my lack of originality, then bust out a "Your Mama" joke?

And sure there might be some downtime...now...in the middle of the week...as opposed to some downtime this weekend...when there's a rather large event going on, you may have heard.

If there is any down time between now and when the servers are switched it's because the server it's currently on has crashed.

I'm told the last of the files are currently transferring and have about an hour left or so. I will update you when this is complete.

Bwahahahaha. So not only is Lost whining, he's whining about NOTHING!

They are making sure the SQL database is configured and setting permissions for all of the scripts right now.

When we wake up tomorrow it should be running better than ever.

If not.. we will switch to another hosting provider between tomorrow evening and Friday morning.
