Could Herkey and LoSt be TWT's version of Suzie Shagwell and Vak Attack!? I can only hope!

Since I only go to that place to look and not participate I know who those two are but I wouldnt put us in that category. Lost is clearly a blowhard and posts the stupid things he does becuase he thinks he is funny. I have to assume though that most people actually think he is arrogant. While he does have great wrestling knowledge and knows the sport inside and out his shtick is played and tiresome. I hope he gets over himself soon and just sticks with providing insightful wrestling information. He knows what he is talking about. More than I do but he ruins it all with his cheap shots and arrogance. Once he grows up he'll learn.

So, who am I Suzie or Vak?

Actually, I only find LoSt to be funny. His wrestling knowledge actually leaves something to be desired.(were you aware he didnt even draft a 25 lber?)

I honestly laughed audibly(lol'd) when I read what he put about ballwegg. He wasnt saying he was a bad guy Herkey, basically that he had a horrible season(We hawkeye fans know better)

And since you are the protector of all things Good and Hawkeye, I dub thee "VAK ATTACK" of TWT.

    Cool with you zappster?

    Why did I read this?

I don't care if people dont' like the Hawkeyes. In fact it makes it more fun when people hate us. It means we are the at or near the top. There was nothing worse than being at nationals when nobody boo'd the Hawks. But lost is definately half troll. I dont' like it when he squats on anybody (except the cowboys) but I only defend the Hawks and Panthers.

Lost, feel free to say whatever you like about those brokebacks in OK.

    Evans commits to Hawkeyes

The Iowa wrestling program has covered nearly every possible base in recruiting this fall.

The Hawkeyes have landed commitments from near (West High's Nick Moore) and far (four of the top prospects on the East Coast). Iowa has fortified its lightweights, supplemented its middle weights and strengthened its upperweights.

The Hawkeyes have added wrestlers who grew up studying Iowa's rich tradition under Dan Gable and idolizing Tom and Terry Brands, and now they've added Mike Evans.

"I don't follow wrestling that much," the senior from Blair (N.J.) Academy said. "I didn't know the Brandses were Olympians and all that. I never knew who Dan Gable was until I got there. It was kind of weird. I was like, 'Who is this guy?' They were like, 'That's Dan Gable.' I was like, 'Who is that?'"

The Hawkeyes didn't recruit Evans to win trivia contests on Iowa wrestling history and its legendary former coach. They recruited him because he's one of the top prospects in the country at a lineup spot they need to reinforce.

Evans, a projected 184- or 197-pounder in college, verbally committed to the Hawkeyes on Tuesday night. He picked the two-time reigning national champions over Missouri and Ohio State.

"They're number one in the nation for a reason," Evans said. "They work hard. I like that. But on top of that, they've got a fan base like no other. It's awesome."

Evans, ranked the No. 12 prospect nationally in the 2010 class by InterMat, is the sixth wrestler rated in the top 43 to commit to the Hawkeyes this year.

Evans placed third in freestyle and fifth in Greco-Roman this summer at the Junior Nationals.

"I'm a mat wrestler, I like to punish people from the top," he said. "If someone's going to step on the mat with me, I'm going to punish them, I don't care. I just like to hurt people."
