    Hey im a sophomore in high school and i need to cut a few pounds for the season and i would like to know if anyone has any tips

    No soda,cheese, mao, chips, cookies, candy, fried food, fast food, and cut back on bread and red meat unless lean. Eat more fish and chicken grilled or baked, salad with low fat dressing, all types of mustard, pretzels(hard), walmart has packages of season tuna steaks ready to eat where the canned tuna fish is and check the labels. G2 has half the sugar as gatoraid and taste just as good. And drink plenty of water alternating with G2 for salt and electrolights. not sure if that is the proper spelling. EXERCISE & RUN
