That's a shame. He would have been a four-time PA champ if he hadn't gotten into trouble, and he probably would have been a National Champ if he could have stayed on the straight and narrow. Hopefully he gets it all together at some point.

You know...I do think that Boise State may be a good place for him. Maybe being away from home would allow him to concentrate on academics without all of the distractions, and Boise State does seem to be something of a transfer haven. I have no inside information, but I could see it.

I knew Garrett when he was in HS and I liked him, he was always nice, polite, etc, around me, and I've been hoping for several years that he would get things together and turned around in college... but I'm sorry, I think he would find distractions no matter where he goes.

It's so disappointing and frustrating to see this happen.
