That's quite the beating that Kinser laid on Coughlin.

I think the recap said that it was 1-0 or 1-1 going into the 3rd period between Kinser & Coughlin. I guess Kinser isn't moving down to 149 at this point...

I think Goldman is talking out his butt - neither one of them will ever see 149 again -Coughlin was the #1 160 coming out of high school and killed himself making 49 his freshman year -then his sophomore year he wrestled 165 and last year split time with Kinser at 157-This isue should have been resolved last year but wasn't -
Matt has sacrificed a lot for the team because Becker was there and even though he beat Becker he moved down to 149 then moved up to 165 -now he can't beat Kurt . Kinser had 2 td's and a nf in the third and cut Matt once .
I feel really bad for Matt -he's a great kid but once he lost last year he should have moved on as siting the bench sucks .
Matt's best bet is to go 174 and beat Perry and have Perry go 184 . He has never beaten Kinser nor Young and Perry cuts a loy to get to 174 . but , fortunately, this is not my problem .

Hey Russ why don't you think that Matt would try going back to 165?

Do you really think he could beat Perry all the way up at 174?

They moved Young up there his Freshman year and he was a 157 -Perry was 0-5 in the big 10 that year so they moved Paul up-he lost 3 matches but gave a good account of himself .Lost his matches but held it to 2-3 points .
