And a 1 month sig bet that Herkey will not make the fantasy playoffs
I say Herkey will, LoSt says no.
Do you perhaps mean Patterson -the 184 who led the nation in falls last year ?

No...we were betting on the sunkist open sadly enough... I lost. It was too much of an emotional bet, which is why it was only a week.

Re: LoSt's Gambling Thread
I thought Askren would win too, VA. Pendleton was just too fast for Askren. Ben is great from unorthodox positions but he seems to lack a really deep, penetrating shot. Cost him in that match when he took a leg attack, didn't get in far enough, and Pendleton re-shot for the takedown and the win.

Plus Askrens been training MMA lots, and was up a weight where he was majorly undersized. Askren is better for my money and his international resume will speak for itself when it's all said and done.

Re: LoSt's Gambling Thread
Those two cash bets are interesting. I expect Scott to finish top 5 (assuming he doesn't go nuts), and I think Vallimont is as good as anyone not named Schlatter at 165. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if he placed outside the top 5 since it's so stacked and there is so much parity.

Re: LoSt's Gambling Thread
Askren may be better (has better credentials so far in FS) but not in this match-up. I doubt he's much smaller than Pendleton. He's big at 74, Pendleton's small at 84 kg, and Pendleton didn't wrestle at all last year as far as I know. Askren just got beat.

Re: LoSt's Gambling Thread
So by way of clarification I've talked to vais and if Scott makes top 5 at 141 I still win (as was my original intent and wording of the bet both on aim and here) and that Herkey bet is not real, I dont know where he is getting that from.
