My complaint is about people complaining about other people complaining.

Situations like this, an event designed specifically to showcase top wrestlers in our sport under one roof -- we certainly like to complain about it a ton, and not to mention, our own constituency doesn't care about it enough. It's a damn shame, but then again, we are our own worst enemy.

Everyone in our sport complains ... about everything. I mean, seriously. There is no scenario that will please everyone, and there is every scenario that will allow everyone to voice their complaints.

It's a great event, we're too selfish to put sport first.
I'm confused, who is this geared towards? Fans, coaches, or wrestlers?

None of the above. It is held merely to provide message board fodder....
"Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government!?

Down to about an hour and a half to go before this gets going. I've bought the webcast and will be posting text in my normal fashion through out.

I can't wait to see Steve "Wont All-American" Bell vs Dan Dennis

Even though we don't have a full version of the line ups out (and the line ups will almost definitely change anyway) I figure I'll get this thread out and started.

    Main Card
125: #4 Zach Sanders (Minnesota) v. #5 James Nicholson (Old Dominion)
133: #4 Steve Bell (Maryland) v. #5 Daniel Dennis (Iowa)
141: #2 Nick Gallick (Iowa State) v. #3 Alex Krom (Maryland)
149: #2 Lance Palmer (Ohio State) v. #5 Kyle Borshoff (American)
157: #1 Jordan Burroughs (Nebraska) v. #2 Matt Moley (Bloomsburg)
165: #4 Jon Reader (Iowa State) v. #6 Andy Rendos (Bucknell)
174: #2 Chris Henrich (Virginia) v. #7 Stephen Dwyer (Nebraska)
184: #4 Max Askren (Missouri) v. #5 Josh Patterson (Binghamton)
197: #1 Jake Varner (Iowa State) v. #2 Craig Brester (Nebraska)
    285: #5 David Zabriskie (Iowa State) v. #6 Mitch Monteiro (Cal-Poly)

    Sanders b d.
    Dennis by d.
    Gallick by d.
    Palmer by d.
Burroughs by as much as he wants to win by
    Reader d.
    Heinrich d.
    Askren d.
    Varner d.
    Zabriske d.

I have bought the webcast also and will provide contradicting reports from Jensens. I am doing this to encourage everyone to spend 10 dollars to watch matches that don't count. So everyone better go sign up for the webcast now! even if you cant watch it you should get it.

We as wrestling fans are our own worst enemy. Too often we as fans demand far too much from wrestling instead of accepting whatever they give us.

Who cares if you just bought tickets to see Anthony Robles in California and your plane tickets don't get refunded. How much more selfish could you be expecting him to wrestle?

No matter who is wrestling or how much it costs you should spend whatever it takes, or you are not a fan.

Just announced that Nick Gallick is out with a head injury.

I think they're just going to have Duenas step in and wrestle Krom.

    Lance Palmer has corn rows.

Looks like we're doing the feature bouts first. Giesen v. Francois is our first bout.
