I'm digging this change in the rules. There's really no need for the back flip. I'd much rather see a true expression of joy like that shown by Perry, Jaggers and others in recent years.

Then there are those pre-planned displays of obnoxiousness. When Jon Burns won HS states his senior year, he pulled out a red cape and put it on, had a friend there to hand him roses, he hopped up on the friend's shoulders and they paraded around the edge of the mat. I thought I was going to vomit.
