Unknown at this point. I believe he is only a junior this year and he has consistently grown every year thus far (from 103 to 145). I wouldn't be surprised to see him as high as 165 or 174 in college. But if he slows down his growth he might be a 157er or even a 149er

My guess is that he's probably a 57'ish guy in college.

Like Lost I'd heard too that he favors Iowa. Maybe true, maybe wishful thinking from fans over on the Hawkeye board, maybe a combination of both.

Interesting indeed. Iowa's kind of stacked in that general weight range, though. Either way, sorry for going OT. Congrats to the Dardanes, I wish you much success.
Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.

Anyone know a little more about the Dardane brothers credentials? I'm always excited when the Gophers sign more top recruits, but I have to admit that I follow highschool wrestling extremely minimally outside of my own state

Nick has gone DNP/5/1 at IL states so far during his career. Like I said this summer at Fargo he finished 2nd to Quiroga at 130 beating Sam Sherlock and David Klingsheim en route to the finals. He also finished 4th at FILA Juniors in April, he pinned Nate Moore there. He beat Felipe Martinez this summer at Junior Duals.

Chris has gone DNP/4/4 at IL states. Like I said earlier he placed 4th in that same Fargo bracket as his brother a few months ago. His biggest win there was over Justin LaValle

What I like about these brothers too is I'm pretty sure they wrestle each other when in the same bracket. Think they did that at freestyle states this year...

Had Chris not gone down to Quiroga in the pool finals out at Fargo, they would have wrestled in the finals out there too.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but these guys have only been wrestling for three years?

While I don't know for sure, I would almost guarantee that you're wrong.

They've been in high school for three years. I'm sure they've been wrestling much longer than that. The interview that Intermat did with them had Chris referencing looking up to J Rob "since he was young"

It'll be a VERY interesting line up situation in two years when these two and Dylan Ness are all scheduled to come off redshirt.
