![]() | Sorry I would assume he was talking about this year. Ness should be in the mix since he beat the 133 champ(Gomez) last year. He is three time All-American that had to jump a weight class to make room for Zach Sanders so he will be alittle more ready for that loaded weight class. Thorn beat the NCAA champ(jaggers) twice last year so I expect him to possibly AA this year at 141.( that would be huge for the gophers) Big Ben might get alittle competition in the gopher room from atticus Disney(RS freshman) at HWT. Geiger hopefully will be have his ducks in a row with the academics and be a force at 197. I think the Gophers are a year away but I wouldn't count them out or ohio state for that matter

![]() | He put on some meat that is for sure. I have to agree. I am really looking forward to seeing what Mr. Olympian Jake Deitchler brings to the gophers at 157 too. Should be great year for a number of Big ten teams

Just for Ness' sake I hope he wins it all-3 x and no championship sucks -I really hope he can pull it off -I see Dennis and Gomez and Hochstraser as his major opponents providing Escobedo does not move up .PLUS ,Jordan Oliver is going to come out firing on all cylinders as is Graff . 165 is a guess -it was a deep weight last year and with the returning champion and runner-up and DS into the mix and you have who ever wrestles best that day . |
