If you are wearing a shoe, and you kick a downed victim, the shoe is considered a weapon.

If it goes to trial and sticks, he's toast for any school. I'd look for this thing to get pled down to a misdemeanor if the prosecutor doesn't drop it.

Add to that that Rowe apparently left Lincoln and may enroll at Maryland. If they all received aid, three guys leaving is going to really hurt the number.
It doesn't take much, as we painfully learned at Maryland, to have the APR drop due to just a couple of guys.
Sort of shows what rubbish the NCAA's APR is.....

so still a solid team but no longer a contender or dual meet powerhouse

Most of Nebraska's problems are at the bottom since they have now lost their bottom 3 starters from last year, and it sounds like burroughs might bump up to 157 meaning 149 might be a hole also.
Who are the frontrunners for these empty spots does anyone know?

I don't know the whole story nor do many people outside that room , but i do know AB carries a stiffer sentence than battery -it is also-at least in Indiana a felony -not a misdemeanor . | Huh? A weapon is most definitely not the difference between battery and aggravated battery. It is a mitigating factor, though. The difference yusually comes down to severity. For instance, if I punch you once, that's battery. If I hit you enough times so that your face looks like Heath herrings after the Lesnar fight, that's probably aggravated battery.

Put himself on the map when he knocked off Mason at the Ironman, and then stayed high for the rest of the year. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
