    Especially powerful stuff this week, Jim. Thanks for your big-picture, looking-down-the-road perspective that is critically important for college wrestling, and something that, sadly, many of us seem to lack.

    A point of clarification is that gender quotas (i.e. title ix) only apply to schools that accept any federal funds. That is the big stick for enforcement. There are a number of smaller, church affiliated schools that refuse federal monies, such as federally insured student loans. Therefore the gender quotas don't apply.

    However, the Obama administration has proposed consolidating all student loans under the control of the federal government. You can see the hidden implications.
