Donahoe came off kinda douchy. Jordan was worse though, he was embarassing. He also looks a lot like Joey Slaton in the face and it was throwing me off.

I can't believe Paul turned on his coach that quick. Its almost like a son mad at his dad. Do any of you think that Paul could of beat Troy if he still wrestled for Nebraska? I think it would have been a slap in the face if Paul had won to Nebraska.

I disagree with your statement. Nebraska is not saying that at all, in my opinion. Both wrestlers broke state laws and moral laws and it just so happened that the moral laws were broke after the state laws and the university kicked them out for a combination of all things. Had Donahoe and Jordan only been guilty of the moral law transgression and been kicked out then, based on the history of specific high profile Nebraska athletes (specifically football), your statement would be accurate. Also, those two were not kicked out for posing nude on a website, they were kicked out for accepting money for their likeness. That is a simple violation of NCAA rules. Whether or not you disagree with the rule is another issue. To put it simply, these two guys are knuckleheads and deserved some type of discipline for the combination of multiple legal transgressions and a clear violation of NCAA rules | |

It's all relative, he meant only because he was thinking of the college football players...

Whats that old saying "two wrongs dont make a right". Just because other acts may have been covered doesnt make it right for what these guys did. Just shows their immaturity that they are paining themselves as victims. Previous acts that took place at nebraska are completely irrelevant to their situation and whether it was right or wrong.

I do not know what Donahoe's plans are after college, but i would think it would be tuff for him to find work at a high school or jr high school, coaching wrestling. Most parent flip out when they hear the word gay. Wrestling is a sport where coaches spend a lot of one on one time with kids to help them develop and bring out the best in each kid. I believe Donahoe made a very bad choice and he did not think thing through. I believe Nebraska did the right thing.
