Hi, I am a d3 college wrestler who wrestled in high school, took a year off my freshman year of college, wrestled again last year as a sophomore, but didn't get a match due to some eligibility issues.

My top wrestling mainly consists of cross wrists, crab rides, and cross body riding (legs). I was wondering If I should transition my game to more college oriented moves. Should I learn to do more with arm bars? Will getting stronger and continuing use of my current top arsenal work at the college level? How can I improve my top game?
