Gold I was thinking to myself "these seem like very reasonable predictions" until I got to the very end.

3rd? seems like a bit of a stretch for 4 AA's, especially considering how strong teams like Iowa, ISU, and Minny are. I guess it could happen though, no one thought tOsu would be 2nd last year and they were.
    Gold is an idiot.

This will be a good test for tOSU. If they come on at season's end, like they have in other years, they could be in the hunt. I'm more curious about freshman and soph development. Who will fill Pucillo's and Humphrey's shoes in a couple of years?

They have finished 2nd the last 2 years with 4 AAs. Humphrey, Palmer, and Pucillo should all place very high. But you're right, Iowa, ISU and Minnesota should all be very tough. Throw Cornell in that group, too. Top 5 would have been a more conservative prediction, but what's the fun in predicting the expected all the time?

Good breakdown Gold, when and where do you see 4x state champ Jameson in the lineup?

Frankly, I'm not sure Tony Jameson will ever be a starter. I don't really know what he weighs; I've been reading that he has gotten a decent bit bigger since HS, but I don't know exactly how much. I've also heard he might receive a medical redshirt because he was injured all year last year. If that's true, maybe he could jump in at 165 as a 4th-year sophomore when Sponseller graduates.
