The new software doesn't let you have usernames under 3 characters.
How do you change your avatar? When I click on edit avatar, there are no controls that let me change it.

People have had some trouble figuring out how to use the avatars, for now post a link to what you want as your avatar, and I'll set it.
When you've got something in there, it should make it easier to figure out how to change it.
I dont see a way to change it now that I have one. The "Edit Avatar" page shows my avatar, then a choice to select "Do not use an avatar". According to the FAQ, it says the admin can enable custom avatars (which might be what you've done, but no way for anyone else to change them)
