Complete Oregon State Notes

Oregon State Returns Home> Oregon State returns to legendary Gill Coliseum for the first time in nearly two months when hosting Cal Poly Friday night at 7 p.m. The Beavers then host Stanford Sunday at 2 p.m.

Media> Live stats and live video of each dual will be available on osubeavers.com. As always, visit the official online home of Oregon State Athletics for recaps and results.

All-Time> The Beavers will meet Cal Poly for the 48th time and OSU holds a 35-10-2 advantage in the series. OSU has won the last 18 duals against the Mustangs and has not lost to Cal Poly since 1989. OSU, meanwhile, is 33-1-1 all-time against Stanford; the Beavers only loss in the series came in 2004.

Banner Time> Oregon State will unveil its 2010 Pac-10 Championship banner at Friday night's dual.

141 Has Been Big> The 197-pound weight class for OSU can boast the most points at duals this season with 44, but it has been the 141-pound class - consisting of Mike Mangrum, Garrett Drucker and Kelly Kubec - which has been the most consistent. That class has won its bout in 11 of the Beavers' 12 duals this season.

Pac-10 Stretch> The Beavers have six duals remaining before the postseason begins, and five are at Gill Coliseum. Of the six remaining, five are Pac-10 meets, which all come on the Gill Coliseum floor.

Not Going To Miss A Beat> Colby Covington wrestled for the first time in a month Sunday at Cal State Bakersfield and won via technical fall to push his win streak to eight. Covington is 11-1 this season.

Get Those Endowment Tickets> Oregon State is less than two weeks away from hosting its second annual Endowment Meet on Jan. 30 against Boise State. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds go straight to the Oregon State wrestling endowment fund.
