Perform 3 Rotations of the following exercises in order, at the end of each rotation rest for 30 seconds before starting the next rotation:

Toe Touches(Leg Straight Up in the Air) ? 1 Minute
Russian Twists (May use weight for Maximizing Burn) ? 1 Minute
Straight Arm Plank ? Hold for 30 Seconds
Side Plank? Hold for 30 Seconds each side
Crazy Ivans ? 30 Seconds each side
(Performing Crazy Ivans ? Grab a Medicine Ball or Some other type of weight, Sit with Knees bent, Hold weight with hands, moving the weight from low, across the body to high)
