Work Out



Sprints ? 4 Sets of 100m
Jump Rope? 6 Min (1 Min Fast, 30 Sec rest)
Step Ups? 2 Sets 0f 20 Reps
Push-Ups with One Foot Elevated? 3 Sets to Max
Inverted Towel Rows ? 3 Sets to Max
Push-Ups with Hands Elevated- 2 Sets of 20 Reps
Wide Grip Chin Ups- 2 Sets of 15 Reps
Towel Chin Ups? 2 Sets of 10 Reps
Front/Back Bridge- 2 Sets of 20 Sec Holds Each Direction
