Warm-up (5 minute stretch)



  • 200 Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups


Work Out



Group 1: (Perform 2 Sets ? Rest 4 minutes in between Sets) Pull-Ups ? 10 Reps
Uneven Push-Ups ? 20 Reps (10 Reps with Each Hand Elevated)
Squat with Weight ? 10 Reps (Have Partner sit on back or wear a backpack with weights)
Shrugs ? 15 Reps (Lift bags with weight in them)
Altered Grip Pull-Ups ? 10 Reps

Group 2: (Perform 3 Sets, 3 Minutes Rest in between Sets) Mountain Climbers - 20 Reps
V-Ups - 20 Reps
Reverse Crunches ? 20 reps
Flutter Kicks - 40 Reps
Jumping Jacks ? 40 Reps
Crunches w/Punches ? 30 reps
