  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out ? (Perform Each Superset 2 times before moving onto the next)



Superset 1: One Legged Squats ? 20 Reps
Alternating Side Lunges ? 20 Reps
Step-Ups? 20 Reps
Stride Jumps ? 60 Reps

Superset 2:Chin Ups ? 20 Reps
Dips - 20 Reps
Burpees - 20 Reps
Reverse Pushup ? 30 reps



Superset 3:Triangle Push-Ups - 20 Reps
Plyometric Push-Ups ? 20 Reps
Mountain Climbers ? 100 reps



Quick Cardio (1 set):Run in Place ? 2 Min
