Alternating Lunges ? 24 Reps
Plyo Push-Ups ? 2 sets of 25
Weighted Push Ups (where back pack with weight in it) ? 2 sets to max
Crab Crawls ? 2 Min Back and forth ? 10 Yards
Run In Place ? 2 Min
Alternating Side Lunges ? 3 Sets of 16
Squat with 15 sec hold at Bottom ? 20 Reps
Cross Body Crunch ? 2 sets of 15 each side
Lying Leg Raises ? 2 sets of 15
Squat with Twisting Jumps ? 30 Reps
(Squat down hold for 10 sec, explode up and twist to one side, then twist to the other, repeat)
