Warm-up (5 minute stretch)

  • 200 *Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out

Front Lunge to Jump ? 3 Sets of 20
Squat Jumps ? 3 Sets of 15
Side to Side Hops ? 3 Sets of 20
Standing Jump and Reach ? 3 Sets of 10

Treadmill or Run ? 5 Min at 65% intensity
50 Yard Sprints ? 5 Reps (30 sec rest in between)
Treadmill or Run ? 5 Min at 85%

Push-Ups -* 1 min as many as you can do
Sit Outs ? 2 min as many as you can do
Crunches ? 1 min as many as you can do
Stand Ups? 2 min as many as you can do
