Warm-up (5 minute stretch)

  • 200 *Single Foot Touches w/Jump Rope
  • 20 Counterbalance Squats
  • 20 Scorpians
  • 20 Low Twists
  • 20 Back Arches
  • 20 Push Ups

Work Out

Squat Jump with forward sprint burst ? 12 reps
Squat jump with lateral sprint bursts ? 12 reps each way

Quick Feet ? 200 reps

Walking Push-ups ?2 sets of 15 reps
Crab Walk ? 2 sets of 20 sec

Quick feet (with side to side movement) ? 200 reps
Up downs ? 20 reps

Towel Chin Ups ? 2 sets to max
Dips ? 2 sets to max

Jump Rope ? 200 touches
Run in place(high knees) ? 100 reps

Side lunges ? 2 sets of 10 each side
One Legged Squats ? 2 sets of 10 each leg

Ab V-Ups ? 2 sets of 20
Reverse Crunches ? 2 sets of 20
