Tuesday's Training

Tuesday Workout,
Today's workout was intense and tough. We (team) started out by doing a hard drill session about an hour and then moved into live wrestling for forty-five.
Directly after working out in the mat we moved to the pool (olympic size) and swam twelve laps. Down and back equals one lap. Finally, tread water for fifteen minutes.
