  2. Tuesday's Training-11/11/08

    Today's training was about 2 hours long and it was tough.

    Of course we started out with a light jog for about ten minutes and then moved right into hard drilling for twenty-thirty minutes.
    After the drilling session we wrestled live for 30 minutes, takedowns only. Then we moved into one 7 minute match.
    We then finished off the practice with fifteen minute jog with sprints in between.

  4. Thursday's Training

    Thursday's Workout,

    Started out practice with a light jog and then moved right into an intense drill session for a little over an hour. The live wrestling was short but hard and vigorous.
    Then finishing off the practice with some hard sprints.

    Tuesday Workout,

    Today's workout was intense and tough. We (team) started out by doing a hard drill session about an hour and then moved into live wrestling for forty-five.
    Directly after working out in the mat we moved to the pool (olympic size) and swam twelve laps. Down and back equals one lap. Finally, tread water for fifteen minutes.
