They might have won the game against the Giants last year if Rodgers was playing. That was a lousy effort from Favre, and they kept it close in spite of him.
Favre is a hall of famer and a true tough guy of the sport but outside of last year he had been playing average to poor the last several seasons. He received a free pass from the media and the fans despite making terrible decisions, throwing a ton of interceptions, and at times playing like a rookie qb.
Its fine if he wants to come back but he has put the Packers in a bad situation, so its kind of lame that he is now saying he wants to leave because he does not feel welcome.
