That'll make things interesting in certain weights at bigten's. If they're only taking top 5, then that'll hurt the guys who have a mild injury and would have simply defaulted to 6th, so as not to make the injury worse, etc.

I was in favor of the process, if they actually chose the the 220 after the conference tourney's were over. Now, I'm not so sure. If the point was to get the best wrestlers there based on the entire season of work and not just one tournament, then they've screwed it up. We'll see some top ranked guys left at home because of a bad match or two, and everyone will wonder exactly how this system is better than the old one?
