Mr. Jensen. Let me offer you a comparison. A Danish cartoonist makes a cartoon of Muhammed (Throwby suggests that Islam is violent). Muslim extremist's try to kill said cartoonist (Mr. J attacks my reputation). Were you screaming "Death to the Infidel!!" when you did that? That's a little bit like having your neighbor kid come over to play a game and he doesn't like the way you play so he takes his game and goes home.

I didn't say that everything contained on the web site is valid but there are many things there that ARE valid such as the number of attacks carried out by Muslims against non-Muslims (Scores in just the past two months all over the globe). Is there any other religious group doing that?

I happen to believe that Islam is a violent religion. You suggested that I go read the Koran. Do you think that the Muslims that are killing innocent people (such as the one who killed his daughter in Texas recently) are ignorant of the Koran? Do you think Mahmoud, the Taliban leaders, al Sadr and other Islamic scholars have never read the Koran? Do you think they could just reread it and come to a different conclusion and become peaceful?

Is everyone who practices Islam violent? NO. But I believe that Islam at it's core is a religion of violence and oppression. How would like to walk around in intense heat in a black garment covered from head to toe? or be a young female and be denied an education because you are a female? how about the women who are sexually mutilated at a young age? or be killed because you dare show an interest in an infidel. Are these all recommended in the Koran? I don't know but I do know the people who perpetrate them all read and study the Koran. Is there another religion on the planet that is this oppressive? I don't know of any.
