I wear jeans and a polo to our meets. Hate slacks or khakis. And never wear ties. Not even for my wedding. I live around a lot of farmers and country folk so wearing a suit and tie isn't exactly their cup of tea or mine. I'm paid to coach not look like I'm going to prom.
