The Clintons just revealed a loophole around the election fund contribution laws. Since there are limits on how much can be given to a candidate, the Hillarybob Brigade have been ceding high value speaking engagements to Billybob. The money is then "loaned" for her election fund enabling her to pay her bills. Anyone can give Billybob a ton of cash which is then loaned to Hillarybob to fund her campaign. Now get this, Hilliarybob can't repat Billybob, he declares it as a loss and writes it off his income tax.
