No, that my friend is why they tag schools in the formula for athletes that leave early. The NCAA is throwing up hurdles for teams that buy championships with players that have no intent on finishing school. When it happens enough, TOSU will feel the pain when they they have a couple scholarships tagged by the NCAA. It will force Ohio State and every other school to rethink who they signing up. Give it away to too many and they will get their Buckeyes whacked.
