Chicago has the second largest population of illegal immigrants in the country. Most are from Mexico and Poland. The southwest doesn't hold a monopoly on illegal immigrant issues.
It's sad for me to see a stance that lacks any compassion. Yes, it is their government's fault that times are so tough, but how does that help a man with a family that needs food? Immigrating here legally takes a lot of money. That man with the starving family can't really come up with the cash needed. |
