I think that 5th point was the one
Ketoev got for holding his opponent for the 5 second count when he gutted GEO, they just put it up late, and i noticed that they called the 2 an 2 on ketoevs gut for not bridging, guess some coaches have complained about wrestlers exposing there backs while gutting
